A little utility, a small program, that's provided free with Windows 95 and is stored in the Accessories folder. To use it you need to have a modem connected to your PC. Dialer will dial telephone numbers for you, saving you the bother. When the person picks up the phone, you pick up the handset and talk as normal. It's good if you are in telesales or need to call lots of people.
